RLUSD launched with public NYDFS-related materials as a USD-referenced token. XRP and RLUSD are different instruments and must not be collapsed into one evidence file.
Control structure
Operating companies in the Ripple group; the RLUSD issuing legal person is the one that must appear on the licence and the terms. Network token governance for XRP is out of scope of the RLUSD file.
